Custom Apparel:Â
Because our custom apparel is designed for you, we will not be accepting exchanges or refunds. Please make sure to view our sizing chart to ensure your order will fit properly. Reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your order and we will do our best to assist you.Â
Note: We only offer refunds in the form of an exchange or store credit. This excludes custom apparel. Please reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be applied if the items are returned in a condition other than how they were shipped. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
